General Body Conditioning

This will consist of a variety of cardiovascular / muscular strength and endurance exercises to prepare your body for specific goals in future training sessions. This is an ideal way of starting any exercise program so that you can asses your current fitness level and progress safely to next.

Physique Tip: Try to drink at least 1.5 – 2 litres of water a day. Our bodies are made up of more than 60% of water it is important to keep hydrated.
